2. Approval of the terms of, and authorization for the Mayor to execute, amendment #1 to the agreement with Kimley-Horn relative to the Enon Springs Road Sidewalk Project for additional boundary survey and right-of-way design.
3. Approval of the terms of, and authorization for the Mayor to execute, amendment #1 with Kimley-Horn for right-of-way and landscape services for the new section of sidewalk along Old Nashville Highway between St. Lukes and St. Matthews.
