13. Approval of the terms of, and authorization for the Mayor to execute, a contract with the Tennessee Department of Finance and Administration, Strategic Technology Solutions Division (STS) to accept the Fiscal Year 2024 (Year 3) DHS State and Local Cybersecurity Grant Award.
