  9. Approval of the terms of, and authorization for the Mayor to execute, a contract with TNT Group to provide cleaning services under the Janitorial Services Contract at town buildings.
  10. Approval of the terms of, and authorization for the Mayor to execute, a contract to conduct work needed by the Utilities Department for SCADA, controls, and instrumentation.
  11. Approval of the terms of, and authorization for the Mayor to execute, a contract ​with the Regional Transportation Authority for ​Commuter Bus Service between Nashville/Davidson County and the Town of Smyrna.
  12. Consideration of an Ordinance amending Smyrna Municipal Code Title 12, Chapter 6, relative to an amendment to the Residential Code. Second Reading.
