Consideration of an Ordinance relative to the rezoning of Tax Map 28M, Group G, Parcels 30.00, 31.00, and 33.00 from C-4 to C-2 requested by Paw Paw Springs Enterprises, LLC, and J & M Equity LLC. The properties contain .67 acre, .76 acre, and 1.03 acres respectively, and are located at 13058, 13076, and 13106 Old Nashville Highway.
  18. <strong><u>PUBLIC HEARING</u></strong>: Consideration of an Ordinance amending the Fee Schedule approved by Ordinance #26-26 regarding the adoption of certain new fees relative to the Planning Department, pursuant to House Bill 0375 / Senate Bill 0988 and Ordinance #26-33.
  19. Consideration of an Ordinance relative to the amendment of the existing PRD as well as the rezoning from R-3 to PRD for properties located on Tax Map 54, Parcels 12.01, 13.01, 15.01, 15.03, 15.04, 15.05, 15.06, 15.11, 15.12, and 15.22, as well as Tax Map 55A, Group B, Parcel 1.00, owned by Bankside Holdings and requested by David Weekley Homes. The properties requested are located on Bankside Drive and Kedron Church Road.
