5. Appointment of one member to the Smyrna Charity Assistance Fund Board to serve an unexpired term ending in 2027.
6. Consideration of an Ordinance relative to the rezoning of Tax Map 28M, Group G, Parcels 30.00, 31.00, and 33.00 from C-4 to C-2 requested by Paw Paw Springs Enterprises, LLC, and J & M Equity LLC. The properties contain .67 acre, .76 acre, and 1.03 acres respectively, and are located at 13058, 13076, and 13106 Old Nashville Highway. Second Reading.
7. Consideration of an Ordinance relative to the amendment of an existing PUD located on Tax Map 28F, Group A, Parcels 29.01 and 47.08 owned by Licia Burkett containing 23 acres. The properties requested are located at 729 Rock Springs Road. Second Reading.
8. Consideration of an Ordinance relative to the amendment of the existing PRD as well as the rezoning from R-3 to PRD for properties located on Tax Map 54, Parcels 12.01, 13.01, 15.01, 15.03, 15.04, 15.05, 15.06, 15.11, 15.12, and 15.22, as well as Tax Map 55A, Group B, Parcel 1.00, owned by Bankside Holdings and requested by David Weekley Homes. The properties requested are located on Bankside Drive and Kedron Church Road. Second Reading.
