- 2 Pursuant to Section 8 44 112 of the Tennessee Code Annotated, time is reserved for public comment on legislative items appearing on this agenda or related to the committee. Members of the public wishing to speak may sign up on the Council Committee signup sheet posted outside the room where the committee is scheduled to meet. Public Comment sign up for Council Committee meetings will end immediately before the meeting begins. - 1. A resolution requesting the Metropolitan Planning Department Housing Division and other appropriate departments to identify and pursue options for the implementation of a centralized housing search and navigation platform for Nashville and Davidson County.
- 2. A resolution authorizing grants not exceeding $1,392,032 from the Barnes Fund for Affordable Housing to certain nonprofits for the express purpose of rehabilitating affordable or workforce housing.
- 3. A resolution approving the Second Amendment to a grant contract for constructing affordable housing approved by RS2025-1524 between the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, acting by and through the Metropolitan Housing Trust Fund Commission, and Urban League of Middle Tennessee.
- 4. A resolution authorizing The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, acting by and through Metro Water Services, to enter into two Pipeline Crossing License Agreements with RJ CORMAN RAILROAD COMPANY/NASHVILLE AND WESTERN RAILROAD LINE to construct and maintain pipelines in the railroad right-of-way near 801 12th Avenue North and 1601 Herman Street, in Davidson County, (Project No. 21-WC-0049 and Proposal No. 2026M-040AG-001).

A resolution authorizing The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, acting by and through Metro Water Services, to enter into a Facility Encroachment Agreement with CSX TRANSPORTATION, INC. to construct, use and maintain culverts in the railroad right-of-way at Reeves Road and Goodwin Road, in Davidson County, (Project No. 27-SWD-050 and Proposal No. 2026M-057AG-001).
- 6. A resolution authorizing The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County to accept new public water main, for property located at 1001 Riverside Road (MWS Project No. 25-WL-40 and Proposal No. 2026M-081ES-001).
- 7. A resolution authorizing The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County to abandon existing public water main, and to accept new public water main and new sanitary sewer manhole, for two properties located at 15 and 17 Music Circle South, also known as BBOP (MWS Project Nos. 26-WL-100 and 26-SL-129 and Proposal No. 2026M-085ES-001).
- 8. A resolution authorizing The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County to accept new public sanitary sewer force main, for property located at 2791 Couchville Pike (MWS Project No. 26-SL-20 and Proposal No. 2026M-083ES-001).

- 9. An ordinance directing the Nashville Department of Transportation and Multimodal Infrastructure to develop a tool to continuously monitor and analyze the cumulative transportation effects of developments and/or rezonings so that regional transportation mitigations and capital infrastructure improvements can be appropriately programmed.
- 10. An ordinance approving Amendment No. 3 to the East Bank Redevelopment Plan.
- 11. An ordinance approving a contract between the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, acting by and through the Planning Department (“Planning”), and Focus Strategies (“Contractor”) to create a Permanent Supportive Housing Strategic Plan in coordination with the Housing Division of the Planning Department.
- 12. An ordinance approving a participation agreement between the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, acting by and through the Housing Division of the Metropolitan Planning Department, and Park Center, Inc., to provide enhanced pedestrian mobility and bus shelter improvements for Park Center, Inc.’s proposed development, as well as other existing properties in the area (Proposal No. 2026M-050AG-001).
- 13. An ordinance granting a franchise to Vero Fiber Networks, LLC, to construct, operate, and maintain a fiber optic communications system within Metropolitan Nashville and Davidson County under the provisions of the Metropolitan Code of Laws, Title 6, Chapter 26 (Proposal No. 2026M-049AG-001).
- 14. An ordinance authorizing The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County to acquire permanent and temporary easements through negotiation, condemnation and acceptance for the Pin Hook Road Stormwater Improvement Project, for property located at 3569 Pin Hook Road, (Project No. 27-SWC-4 and Proposal No. 2026M-074ES-001).
- 15. An ordinance authorizing The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County to accept new public water and sanitary sewer mains, fire hydrant assemblies, sanitary sewer manholes and easements, for two properties located at 5639 and 5645 Valley View Road, also known as Valley View Residential, (MWS Project Nos. 26-WL-23 and 26-SL-87 and Proposal No. 2026M-070ES-001).
- 16. An ordinance authorizing The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County to abandon existing public water main, fire hydrant assembly and easements, and to accept new public water main, fire hydrant assembly and easements, for property located at 222 25th Avenue North, also known as Centennial Sportsplex (MWS Project No. 26-WL-45 and Proposal No. 2026M-071ES-001).
- 17. An ordinance authorizing The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County to accept new sanitary sewer main, sanitary sewer manholes and easements, for property located at 7375 Nolensville Road in Williamson County, also known as Nolensville Town Square - Phase 2 (MWS Project No. 26-SL-112 and Proposal No. 2026M-075ES-001).

An ordinance authorizing The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County to accept new public water and sanitary sewer mains, fire hydrant assemblies, sanitary sewer manholes and easements, for property located at 117 B Straton Lane, also known as Walton Station Phase 2 (MWS Project Nos. 26-WL-28 and 26-SL-95 and Proposal No. 2026M-077ES-001).

An ordinance authorizing The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County to accept new public water sanitary sewer mains, fire hydrant assemblies, sanitary sewer manholes and easements, for property located at 3128 Elm Hill Pike, also known as Preserve at Priest Lake, (MWS Project Nos. 26-WL-53 and 26-SL-177 and Proposal No. 2026M-078ES-001).
