- 2 Pursuant to Section 8 44 112 of the Tennessee Code Annotated, time is reserved for public comment on legislative items appearing on this agenda or related to the committee. Members of the public wishing to speak may sign up on the Council Committee signup sheet posted outside the room where the committee is scheduled to meet. Public Comment sign up for Council Committee meetings will end immediately before the meeting begins. Public Comment is limited to eight minutes total at Council Committee meetings and each speaker is allowed up to two minutes to speak. All public comment speakers must present proof of Tennessee residency. - 1. A resolution exempting 178 Second Avenue North, Unit #205, from the minimum distance requirements for obtaining a Short Term Rental Property - Not Owner-Occupied permit pursuant to Metropolitan Code of Laws Section 6.28.030(B)(2)(d).
- 5 Bills on Second Reading
- 2. An ordinance amending Title 3 of the Metropolitan Code of Laws to examine best practices for Metropolitan Government to conduct periodic surveys of employees of departments, boards, and commissions of the Metropolitan Government.
- 3. An ordinance amending Chapter 6.64 of the Metropolitan Code of Laws relative to enforcement of door-to-door solicitation requirements, regular review of the residential no-solicitation registry, and the provision of suspension or revocation of solicitation permits for repeat violations.
