  2. 2 Pursuant to Section 8 44 112 of the Tennessee Code Annotated, time is reserved for public comment on legislative items appearing on this agenda or related to the committee. Members of the public wishing to speak may sign up on the Council Committee signup sheet posted outside the room where the committee is scheduled to meet. Public Comment sign up for Council Committee meetings will end immediately before the meeting begins. A resolution approving a grant agreement for an Active Transportation Infrastructure Investment Program (ATIIP) grant from the U.S. Department of Transportation, acting by and through the Federal Highway Administration, to the Metropolitan Government, acting by and through the Nashville Department of Transportation & Multimodal Infrastructure (NDOT), to address critical barriers to mobility and economic vitality by integrating dedicated bikeways and pedestrian pathways to ensure safe, seamless travel for all residents of Davidson County, Agreement No. ATII-26-0005-TN, (Proposal No. 2026M-052AG-001).   5. 2. A resolution accepting the terms of a cooperative purchasing master agreement with Terex Utilities, Inc. for aerial work platforms, digger derricks and advanced mixers for the Metropolitan Nashville Department of Transportation and Multimodal Infrastructure. RS2026-2285

A resolution approving an application for a Healthy and Sustainable Communities grant from the U.S. Conference of Mayors to the Metropolitan Government, acting by and through the Nashville Department of Waste Services, to support the implementation of a school cafeteria composting program at 33 Metropolitan Nashville Public Schools by providing equipment, supplies, and services needed to divert food waste from landfills while educating students and staff on sustainable waste management practices.
