- 2 Pursuant to Section 8 44 112 of the Tennessee Code Annotated, time is reserved for public comment on legislative items appearing on this agenda or related to the committee. Members of the public wishing to speak may sign up on the Council Committee signup sheet posted outside the room where the committee is scheduled to meet. Public Comment sign up for Council Committee meetings will end immediately before the meeting begins. Public Comment is limited to eight minutes total at Council Committee meetings and each speaker is allowed up to two minutes to speak. All public comment speakers must present proof of Tennessee residency. - 1. A resolution exempting Bill’s Sandwich Palace, located at 311 North 16th Street from the minimum distance requirements for obtaining a beer permit pursuant to Section 7.08.090.E of the Metropolitan Code.

- 2. A resolution approving a TVA Energy Right Business and Industry Incentives Program grant from the Tennessee Valley Authority to the Metropolitan Government, acting by and through the General Services Department, for current and future sustainability projects.
- 3. A resolution accepting the terms of a cooperative purchasing master agreement with Snap-On Industrial, a division of IDSC Holdings, LLC for garage and fleet maintenance equipment for the Metropolitan Nashville General Services Department.

- 4. An ordinance amending Title 3 of the Metropolitan Code of Laws to require departments, boards, and commissions of the Metropolitan Government to conduct annual employee surveys.

An ordinance approving the acceptance of a permanent easement by the Metropolitan Government, acting by and through the Department of Information Technology Services, from SREIT Hickory Point Nashville, LLC, for the purpose of building and maintaining a radio communications tower and related equipment at 15180 Old Hickory Boulevard.
