Members of the public wishing to speak may sign up on the Council Committee signup sheet posted outside the room where the committee is scheduled to meet. Public Comment sign up for Council Committee meetings will end immediately before the meeting begins. A resolution approving an application for a Hazard Mitigation Grant Program Grant from the Tennessee Emergency Management Agency to the Metropolitan Government, acting by and through the Office of the Mayor, to benefit all residents of Metro Nashville and Davidson County by ensuring uninterrupted access to safe, powered facilities when the electrical grid is compromised by providing funding for backup generators at the Fairgrounds Nashville to ensure continuity of operations during critical times. A resolution approving a grant application from the Tennessee Department of Disability and Aging to the Metropolitan Government, acting by and through the Nashville Public Library, for the purchase and installation of a powered, adult-sized changing table in the single occupancy restroom of the Southeast Branch of the Nashville Public Library.
