Department of Transportation to the Metropolitan Government, acting by and through the Nashville Department of Transportation and Multimodal Infrastructure (NDOT), to establish a comprehensive Advanced Transportation Management System (ATMS) featuring Transit Signal Priority (TSP) along Gallatin Pike to help alleviate traffic congestion.
