An ordinance to amend Title 17 of the Metropolitan Code of Laws, the Zoning Ordinance of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, by changing from AR2a to SP zoning for property located at 1065 Barnes Road, approximately 54 feet east of Barnes Bend Drive (55.6 acres), to permit 109 multi-family residential units and 78 single-family lots, all of which is described herein (Proposal No. 2026SP-018-001).
