An ordinance to amend Title 17 of the Metropolitan Code of Laws, the Zoning Ordinance of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, by changing from RM20 to SP zoning on properties located at 1232, 1234 and 1250 3rd Avenue South, approximately 422 feet north of Hart Street (0.65 acres), to permit a mixed use development, all of which is described herein (Proposal No. 2026SP 034-001).
