An ordinance to amend Title 17 of the Metropolitan Code of Laws, the Zoning Ordinance of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, by changing from R6 to SP zoning for a portion of property located at Baptist World Center Drive (unnumbered), approximately 200 feet south of West Trinity Lane (20.20 acres), to permit a nonresidential development with medical uses, all of which is described herein (Proposal No. 2025SP-044-001).
