An ordinance to amend Title 17 of the Metropolitan Code of Laws, the Zoning Ordinance of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, by changing from AR2a to SP zoning for property located at 3233 Hamilton Church Road, approximately 315 feet west of Buckpasser Avenue, (4.05 acres), and located within the Hamilton Hills Urban Design Overlay, to permit 24 multi-family residential units, all of which is described herein (Proposal No. 2024SP-041-001).
