An ordinance to amend Title 17 of the Metropolitan Code of Laws, the Zoning Ordinance of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, by changing from AR2a to SP zoning for properties located at 5601, 5621 Cane Ridge Road, Cane Ridge Road (unnumbered) and 3314 Old Franklin Road, (42.2 acres), to permit 79 multi-family residential units and 100 single-family residential lots, all of which is described herein (Proposal No. 2026SP-019-001).
