An ordinance to amend Title 17 of the Metropolitan Code of Laws, the Zoning Ordinance of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, by changing from R10 to SP zoning for property located at 5309 Weber Road, approximately 85 feet west of Andrew Jackson Parkway (2.02 acres), to permit 18 multi-family residential units, all of which is described herein (Proposal No. 2026SP-014-001).
