An ordinance to amend Title 17 of the Metropolitan Code of Laws, the Zoning Ordinance of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, by changing from RS15 to SP zoning for a portion of property located at 1501 Stewarts Ferry Pike, approximately 310 feet west of South New Hope Road, (17 acres), to permit 24 two-family lots and 2 single-family residential lots for a total of 50 residential units, all of which is described herein (Proposal No. 2025SP-016-001).
