An ordinance to amend Title 17 of the Metropolitan Code of Laws, the Zoning Ordinance of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, by changing from RS7.5, R8, RS10, RS5, R10, R8, R8 A, R6 A, RM9 A NS, RM20, and RM20 A NS zonings to RM20-A-NS and RM40-A-NS zoning for various properties located south of Thompson Lane, (620.23 acres), all of which is described herein (Proposal No. 2025Z-036PR-001).
