An ordinance to authorize building material restrictions and requirements for BL2025-797, a proposed amended Specific Plan Zoning District for properties located at 440 Toney Road approximately 150 feet south of Yokley Road, zoned SP (10.48 acres), all of which is described herein (Proposal No. 2016SP-043-007). THE PROPOSED ORDINANCE REQUIRES CERTAIN MATERIALS TO BE RESTRICTED IN THE CONSTRUCTION OF BUILDINGS.
