An ordinance to amend Title 17 of the Metropolitan Code of Laws, the Zoning Ordinance of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, by amending a portion of a Planned Unit Development Overlay District on property located at 5845 Charlotte Pike, approximately 436 feet east of Lellyett Street, zoned CS (7.66 acres), to permit a self-service storage use, all of which is described herein (Proposal No. 151-78P-001).
