An ordinance to amend Title 17 of the Metropolitan Code of Laws, the Zoning Ordinance of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, by changing from AR2A to SP zoning for property located at 4120 Murfreesboro Pike, at the current terminus of Smokey Mountain Place (11.22 acres), and within the Murfreesboro Pike Urban Design Overlay District, to permit 90 multi-family residential units, all of which is described herein (Proposal No. 2024SP-026-001).
