An ordinance to amend Title 17 of the Metropolitan Code of Laws, the Zoning Ordinance of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, by applying a Detached Accessory Dwelling Unit (DADU) Overlay District to various properties located south of Douglas Avenue, north of West Eastland Avenue, and west of Gallatin Avenue, zoned RS5, R6 and R6-A (123.1 acres), all of which is described herein (Proposal No. 2024DDU-001-001).
