An ordinance to amend Title 17 of the Metropolitan Code of Laws, the Zoning Ordinance of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County by changing from SCC to SP zoning for a portion of property located at 40 White Bridge Pike, approximately 375 feet west of Post Place and located within a Commercial Planned Unit Development Overlay District (3.67 acres), to permit a mixed-use development, all of which is described herein (Proposal No. 2021SP-009-001).
