View Road, at the northwest corner of Hamilton Church Road and Mt. View Road (22.18 acres), to permit 92 single-family lots, all of which is described herein (Proposal No. 2024SP-014-001). THE PROPOSED ORDINANCE REQUIRES CERTAIN MATERIALS TO BE RESTRICTED IN THE CONSTRUCTION OF BUILDINGS.
