An ordinance to amend Title 17 of the Metropolitan Code of Laws, the Zoning Ordinance of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, by changing from RS10 to SP zoning for properties located at 2840 and 2842 Buena Vista Pike, approximately 58 feet east of Mike Shields Court, (3.53 acres) to permit 40 multi-family residential units, all of which is described herein (Proposal No. 2024SP-006-001).
