An ordinance to amend Title 17 of the Metropolitan Code of Laws, the Zoning Ordinance of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, by changing from RS7.5 to SP on property located at 1009 Solley Drive, west of the corner of Gallatin Pike and Solley Drive (2.31 acres), to permit 24 multi-family residential units, all of which is described herein (Proposal No. 2023SP-020-001).
