Resolution - authorizing the issuance of not to exceed Twenty-Four Million Two Hundred Thousand Dollars to the City of Lakeland, Tennessee, General Obligation Capital Outlay Note pursuant to Section 9-21-601 Et SEQ., of the Tennessee Code Annotated; providing for the terms of the capital outlay note; authorizing the negotiated sale of the capital outlay note; authorizing the execution and delivery of a drawdown loan agreement with Trustmark National Bank; authorizing the execution and delivery of the capital outlay note; authorizing the proper officials of the City to do all things deemed necessary or advisable in connection with the issuance and sale of the capital outlay note; and providing an effective date.
  5. <strong><u>Resolution</u></strong> - approving a development contract with Ashmont Developer, LLC for Ashmont Planned Development Areas 1, 4, & 7B.
  6. <u><strong>Resolution</strong></u> - approving a development contract with RIC (Lake District), LLC c/o Romspen Investment Corporation for The Lake District Planned Development Phase 1.
