- 11 A Resolution to affirm Council's legislative authority to amend the City budget, including line-item amendment authority, as well as the authority to adopt an alternative budget for the City of Knoxville when a majority of council members reject the budget introduced by the Mayor and adopt a budget ordinance introduced by a member of Council. (Requested by Councilmember Parker)
- 12 An Ordinance to close a portion of Ambrose Street adjacent to City Blocks 19184 and 19206, being bound by Ohio Avenue to the west, an unimproved alley to the east, Tax I.D. Parcel No. 081IC029 to the north, and 1202 Ohio Avenue to the south, and authorizing the Mayor to execute quitclaim deeds to the adjacent property owners. (Requested by Engineering Department)
