- 9 An Ordinance amending Chapter 4 of the Knoxville City Code, Article I, Section 4-1 (Possession or consumption on certain property prohibited or restricted); Article II, Section 4-76 (Temporary serving area special event permits); and Section 4-77 (Special events permits) related to the sale of beer on certain property to streamline the code, provide for consistency for event management and safety, and provide equitable opportunity for events to be held throughout the City. - 11 A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agreement with Jones Locating Service to provide utility damage prevention and related services for the City's streetlighting system in an annual amount not to exceed $150,000.00. (Requested by Engineering Department)
- 12 An Ordinance appropriating the sum of $1,500.00 from the Community Safety and Empowerment budget and donating same to TKJ Foundation in support of Camp 24, a community football camp and character development event in honor of Zaevion Dobson. (Requested by Office of Community Safety and Empowerment)
