3. APPROVE AND AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR TO SIGN AMENDMENTS NUMBERS 1, 2, 3 AND 4 TO THE TYLER TECHNOLOGIES CONTRACT AND AUTHORIZE THE PROJECT CHANGE REQUEST
4. APPROVE AND AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR TO SIGN AN AMENDMENT TO WELLS FARGO COPIER CONTRACT
5. APPROVE THE BID AWARD TO BENCHMARK COMPANIES AND CONTRACT EXECUTION FOR BRUSH GRINDING AND DEBRIS REMOVAL SERVICES IN THE AMOUNT OF $90,000
