- Authorize the Public Works Director to order winter shutdown and extend the substantial completion date on the contract with Dakota Redi-Mix, Inc. for the East Colorado Boulevard Roadway Improvements Project with no change to the contract price.
- Approve HDR Amendment #1 to the contract for Stormwater Master Plan to include Task 3 for a total increase of $114,200.00.
- Amend the "not-to-exceed" amount for the Interstate Engineering contract for engineering services on the Rainbow Road Box Culvert project #2023-21 which was approved on September 15, 2025 to $84,000.00.
- Approve change order #2 for the Dakota & 5th Street & Utilities Project for a net increase of $8,776.26.
- Approve Final Under-Over Change Order for a decrease of $3,132.25 and approve the Certificate of Completion for the 2025 Mainline Pavement Markings Project.
- Approve Resolution 2025-52. A Resolution of Intent to Enter into a Lease Agreement of certain City property with the Northern Hills Amateur Hockey Association.
- Approve West Plains Engineering Inc. design proposal for electrical design, bidding and construction administration services for the Fire Training Tower project at a cost of $12,250.
- <span data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody" id="isPasted">Approve the proposal for the 2025 Fire Training Center Site Grading project received from Zanstra Construction, Inc. for a total of $96,126.
