  3. Approve the certificate of completion and the final change order in the amount of $0, and set the date of the three-year warranty as October 1st, 2025.
  4. <span data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody" style="direction: ltr;" id="isPasted">Approve Change Order #2 for the Airport Terminal Building project for a net increase of $14,708.97.
  5. <span data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody" style="direction: ltr;" id="isPasted">Approve Change Order # 1 for the Fire Training Center Grading project for a net increase of $1,470.00.
  6. Approve the first amendment to the skate park construction agreement.
  7. <span data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody" style="direction: ltr;" id="isPasted">Approve IMS<strong> </strong>proposal for roadway pavement condition survey services to include pavement data collection, analysis, and management report for a total of $64,807.69.
