  4. <span data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody" style="direction: ltr;" id="isPasted">Approve the Final Under/Over Change Order #1 for the WWTP EQ Basin and Fencing with a $7,175.64<strong> </strong>increase and a $0<strong> </strong>decrease, for a net increase of $7,175.64<strong> </strong>and a Certificate of Final Completion and Acceptance setting October 31st, 2025<strong> </strong>as the start the two (2) year warranty.
  5. Award the lowest responsive and responsible bid for the Rainbow Road Box Culvert project to North Star Construction Inc in the amount of $479,324.32.
  6. <span data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody" style="direction: ltr;" id="isPasted">Approve Mead & Hunt<strong> </strong>proposal for engineering services to design the Airport Terminal Apron for a total of $421,475.00.
