2. <span data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody" style="direction: ltr;" id="isPasted">Approve the Final Under/Over Change Order #1 for the Airport General Aviation Taxilanes Project #2024-12 with a net decrease of $18,140.90.
3. Approve the final over/under change order for the skate park site preparation project for an increase of $12,634.10 and accept the certificate of completion with a date of December 1st, 2025.
4. <span data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody" style="direction: ltr;" id="isPasted">Approve the Final Under/Over Change Order #3 for the Dakota & 5th Street & Utility Improvements project with a net increase of $75,779.04.
5. Approve the First Amendment to Restated and Amended Development Agreement with Hills View Homes.
6. Approve Resolution 2025-58 - A Resolution of Intent to Enter into the First Amendment to Lease Agreement with Spearfish Economic Development Corporation Pursant to SDCL §9-12-5.2.
7. <span data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody" style="direction: ltr;" id="isPasted">Approve HDR’s<strong> </strong>amendment proposal for engineering services on the Sandstone Hills Remediation Project, increasing duties to complete the revised scope at a total cost of $46,850.00.
8. <span data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody" style="direction: ltr;" id="isPasted">Award the lowest responsive and responsible bid for the 2026 Biosolids Hauling Services to Gunderson Trucking at a total amount of $58,380.00.
