5. Approve the Donation Agreement with Howard and Jane Ice Family Trust to accept ownership of a collection of aviation memorabilia from Clyde Ice to be used for educational and display purposes.
6. <span data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody" style="direction: ltr;" id="isPasted">Approve Resolution 2026-06 A Resolution of Intent to Enter into a Private Hangar Ground Lease Agreement.
7. Award the lowest responsive and responsible bid for the Sawmill Avenue Project to Johner & Sons, Inc. at a total amount of $752,271.45.
8. Approve the proposal from ISG for Phase 2 of the Spearfish Creek Preservation Plan (SCPP) at a cost of $62,988.40.
9. <span data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody" style="direction: ltr;" id="isPasted">Approve HDR Engineering, Inc proposal for IFE services for the Airport Apron project at a total of $4,600.00.
10. <span data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody" style="direction: ltr;" id="isPasted">Approve DGR<strong> </strong>Engineering proposal for construction staking, materials testing and administration services for Sawmill Road Project<strong> </strong>at a cost not to exceed $84,500.
