Approve the Other Transfers as budgeted for 2026:From General Fund to E911 Communications Fund for $473,240 for the annual support of the communications center.From General Fund to Airport Fund for $973,000 for the City share of AIP project costs.From General Fund to Second Penny Sales Tax Fund for $655,600 for payment of principal and interest on 2015 bond.<br>From General Fund to Fire Capital Fund for $200,000 for allocation for purchase of fire equipment.From General Fund to Historic Preservation fund for $25,000 per Resolution 2010-24.From Hospitality Tax Fund to Workforce Housing Fund for $212,100 for payment of principal and interest on 2020 and 2023 bonds.From Hospitality Tax to General Fund for $21,115 for staff time for special events.From Water Fund to Airport Fund for $200,000 for assistance for the Airport Waterline Project costs.
  5. Approve Change Order #1 for the Fire Training Center Project with an increase of $16,458.
  6. Approve Change Order #2 for the 2025 Chip Seal Project with no cost increase and a revised completion date of July 15th, 2026.
  7. <span data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody" style="direction: ltr;" id="isPasted">Award the lowest responsive and responsible bid for the Spearfish Creek Stabilization Project #2339A to Johner & Sons, Inc. in the amount of $146,556.
  8. <span data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody" style="direction: ltr;" id="isPasted">Approve the <strong></strong>proposal from DRG Engineering for engineering services to include design, bidding, and construction administration for Mill and Overlay of Main Street from Jackson Boulevard to Grant Street for a total not-to-exceed fee of $31,500.
