3. Authorize staff to order a front end loader with V-plow for $293,205.48 from Butler Machinery.
4. Authorize staff to order a dump truck for $207,188.00 from Sanitation Products Inc.
5. Authorize staff to order a sewer jet/vac truck for $569,957.21 from Aquatech.
6. Authorize staff to order a plow/dump truck for $272,980.00 from Sanitation Products Inc.
7. Authorize staff to order a camera van and camera for $311,647.00 from Flexible Pipe Tools and Equipment.
8. Five motions will follow this summary, authorizing staff to order now various needed vehicles and equipment requested in the 2027 Public Works budget.
9. Approve the proposal from Convergint to replace the Rec Center camera system at a cost of $187,558.96 plus $1,200 for software licenses.
10. Approve the proposal from Convergint to replace the City Hall/Police Department camera system at a cost of $123,107.97 plus $1,200 for software licenses.
11. Approve Mead & Hunt proposal for construction staking, materials testing and administration services for the Airport Water Main Extension Project at a cost not to exceed $78,000.
