Request authorization to allow employees transferring from the City to Lawrence County as part of the PSAP consolidation to elect, if they choose, to have a portion of their accrued vacation/PTO converted to a cash equivalent, including applicable employer payroll taxes and other required costs, and transferred to the County.
  14. Authorize Dawn Lolley, Brian Vosburg, and Izabel Johnson to remain on the employee City of Spearfish Recreation membership they currently hold until they are no longer employed as a communications officer for Lawrence County.
  15. Authorize covering insurance(s) (health, dental, vision, and à la carte) for the communication officers who transfer to Lawrence County (Dawn Lolley, Brian Vosburg, and Izabel Johnson) for the month of January 2027.
  16. Authorize the payout of sick leave for communication officer Brian Vosburg, in accordance with policy directives with one exception — the employee is actively employed on the seven-year anniversary.
  17. <span data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody" style="direction: ltr;" id="isPasted">Award the lowest responsive and responsible bid for Zone A Snow Removal to AusCar X, LLC <span data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody" style="direction: ltr;" data-pasted="true">in accordance with their bid opened on September 2, 2026</span>.
  18. <span data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody" style="direction: ltr;" id="isPasted">Award the bids for Snow Hauling services to AusCarX, LLC, MCD Construction Services, Meredith Services Company, Crow Peak Trucking, LLC, and KDV Trucking & Excavation in accordance with their individual bids opened on September 2, 2026.
