  6. Proclamation declaring October as Archives month in the City of Deadwood.
  7. Approval of Bill List for October 5, 2026 and additional bills.
  8. Permission to correct total and count (Previously approved on September 21, 2026) of six fire shelters to be purchased from Med-Tech Resources in the amount of $6,024.69. (To be paid by Fire Equipment line item.)
  9. Allow use of public property at the Event Complex (Ferguson Field) for Vintage Baseball Game on Sunday, October 18 2026.
  10. Results of RFP opening on September 24 at 2:00 p.m. for Storage Spaces Direct (S2D) Servers. Golden West - $162,623.52; KT Connections - $238,868.06.
  11. Permission to pay Station Automation, Inc. for PSTrax software in the amount of $3,213.00. (To be paid by Fire Dept. Professional Services.)
  12. Permission to hire Legendary Electric to move the electrical disconnects from the Rec Center pump room for safety at a cost of $4,285.72. (To be paid by Public Buildings repairs line item.)
  13. Reminder, bunting needs to be removed on October 16, 2026. Commission approved permitting flags and bunting to remain on display through October 15, 2026 as part of Deadwood Sesquicentennial Celebration.
  14. Permission to hire 21 Electric to correct additional electrical deficiencies discovered beyond the scope of work during Ballfield Lighting Upgrade Project in the amount not to exceed $30,000.00. (To be paid by CIP budget.)
  15. Permission to pay Mehlberg Construction to replace curb, gutter and sidewalk at 85 Charles Street in the amount of $7,000.00. (To be paid by HP Capital Assets line item.)
