- 3 It is possible that at least four (4) City Council members may be present at the Brookings Multicultural Center for Coffee & Conversation with Council to be held Friday, October 25, 2024 from 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. Though a majority of City Council members may be present, no official city business will be acted upon. This notice constitutes sufficient public notice according to SD Codified Law 1-25-1.1.
