- 3 It is possible that at least four (4) City Council members may be present at 2025 Brookings County Annual Feed at the Brookings Fire Hall to be held Tuesday, April 29, 2025 from 5:30 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. Though a majority of City Council members may be present, no official city business will be acted upon. This notice constitutes sufficient public notice according to SD Codified Law 1-25-1.1.
