The Planning Commission recommended approval of the addendum, with proposed edit of incorporation of Carolina Thread Trail language, by unanimous vote and the Planning staff also recommended approval of the addendum with inclusion of the Carolina Thread Trail language edit. Passed 7-0 at the October 13, 2025, County Council Meeting. - April Williams
