1. Approval to accept the SCDPS Justice Assistance Grant in the amount of $132,434 to purchase and upgrade In-Car police radios (Police Department). This is a 90/10 grant that will cost the town 10% ($14,715).
2. Approval to contract with Bowman Engineering to perform engineering services in the amount of $10,500 to prepare cost estimates for beautification improvements to signalized intersections along SC60 and St. Andrews Road (Staff). The scope of work includes studies for landscaping, hardscaping, striping, signage, Mast Arm Signal Poles, and Apprutenances.
3. To receive comments on <strong id="isPasted">ORDINANCE 24-17</strong>, an amendment to Article 2 of the Zoning Ordinance as regards the Use Table.
4. <strong>SECOND AND FINAL READING OF ORDINANCE 24-17</strong>, an amendment to Article 2 of the Zoning Ordinance as regards the Use Table (Staff). This will allow professional services, support services, and gyms in the Neighborhood Commercial district.
