- Approval to contract with "Cowboy Mouth" in the amount of $19,000.00 to perform at the 2025 Okra Strut (Okra Strut Commission).
- Approval to contract with "Root Doctors' in the amount of $6,500.00 to perform at the 2025 Okra Strut (Okra Strut Commission).
- Approval to extend the contract with CC&I to perform permitting and inspection services for an additional year with two automatic one year extensions (Staff). <span style="font-size: 12px;">The current contract is set to expire in June 2025.
- Approval to amend a contract with LCK to perform Project Management Services for the New Town Hall Project (Staff). This will release LCK to proceed with Phase II (executing the approved project).
- Approval of a contract with Arnett-Muldrow for a Wayfinding and Signage Design Plan in the amount of $17,250 (Staff). This would begin the process of designing a comprehensive town-wide signage plan including wayfinding, welcome to town signs, banners, wraps, and neighborhood signage.
- Approval to contract with Custom Audio & Lighting in the amount of $16,000 to provide production services at the 2025 Okra Strut (Okra Strut Commission). This will provide the sound and lighting for Friday night and all-day Saturday during the festival.
