1. <strong>APPROVAL OF RESOLUTION 25-05</strong> to authorize a Memorandum of Agreement with Richland County Voter Registration and Elections for Conducting Municipal Elections (Staff). <span style="font-size: 12px;">This would formalize an agreement with Richland County to work with Lexington County on holding municipal elections for the town.
2. FIRST READING OF ORDINANCE 25-05 Amending the Irmo Town Code Chapter 2, Article II, Division 2, Section 2-61 - Date, Time, and Place of Council Meetings (Mayor). <span style="font-size: 12px;">This will change the start time of regular Council Meetings from 6:30 pm to 6:00 pm.
