- Consideration of a contract with the County of Lexington to assign Ed Lewis as primary Municipal Judge and Gary Morgan as backup Municipal Judge (Staff). <span style="font-size: 12px;">This contract will provide backup judges to Judge Rebecca Adams at an annual cost of $5,000 to the County of Lexington.
