Award Recommendation — South Tyger River Greenway Trail Phase 1A Project #2026-005<br>The City of Greer-Capital Projects Department solicited sealed bids from qualified offerors for South Tyger Greenway Trail. The project cost will be covered under the real property fund.The bid opening was held on September 30, 2025, at 11 a.m. A total of five (5) submissions were received. Please see attached bid summary for reference. Based on review, the evaluators recommend the services be awarded to Foothills Contracting Services. Award Recommendation - Project #2026-004 Greer City Stairwells, Wall Repair and Painting Services<br>The City of Greer-Capital Projects Department solicited sealed bids from qualified offerors for Greer City Hall Stairwells Wall Repair and Painting in response to damage sustained from Hurricane Helene. The project cost will be submitted as an insurance claim, and any remaining cost will be included in the list of damages to be reviewed by FEMA for reimbursement.The bid opening was held on September 25, 2025, at 11 a.m. A total of three (3) submissions were received. Please see attached bid summary for reference. Based on review, the evaluators recommend the services be awarded to Bihn Construction. Staff requests approval from Council to proceed with award.
