- Award Recommendation - Project #2026-008 Stevens Field Wall Replacement<br>The City of Greer Capital Projects Department solicited sealed bids from qualified offerors for the Stevens Field Wall Replacement in response to damage sustained from Hurricane Helene. The project cost is part of the list of damages to be reviewed by FEMA for reimbursement. The bid opening was held on November 12, 2025, at 11 a.m. A total of six (6) submissions were received. Please see attached bid summary for reference. Based on review, the evaluators recommend the services be awarded to Foothills Contracting Service LLC for both the base and alternate bids.
