  3. Award Recommendation - Project #2026-009 Century Park Improvements<br>The City of Greer Capital Projects Department solicited sealed bids from qualified offerors for Century Park Improvements. The project cost will be covered under the hospitality and general funds. The bid opening was held on December 18, 2025, at 11 a.m. A total of nine (9) bids were received. Please see the attached bid summary for reference. Based on review, the evaluators recommend the services be awarded to McMurria Grading.<br>Staff requests approval from Council to proceed with award.
